Shipping Method
We utilize FedEx for all our shipments to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders.
Handling / Cutoff Time
Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day, contingent on product availability, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and holidays.
Transit Time
Transit times vary depending on the carrier-provided options and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Will Call
Local customers can pick up their orders at our warehouse. To arrange a pickup time, please contact our customer service team at (404) 882-3232 or email [email protected]. Will call hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Please allow a general timespan of 24-48 hours from the time you place the order for pickup availability. Due to limited space, we will hold a will-call order for up to 5 business days. After that time, it may be restocked and subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please wait for a “ready for pickup” email notification before checking into the office for any will-call orders. You can also check an order status by logging into “my account” and checking the order status.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Estimates
The delivery estimates provided are based on the carrier’s guidelines and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Order Cancellations
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
