These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Atlantex Apparel website (“Website”) and any products or services (“Services”) provided by Atlantex Apparel (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to abide by these terms.
Customers are advised to inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
All returns require pre-approval and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise, regardless of the claim.
Customers should thoroughly check all items before printing, embroidery, or resale.
Returns are accepted only within 10 business days from the delivery date.
Orders picked up by the customer must be reported within 10 business days from the pickup date.
Claims beyond this period will not be accepted.
Orders may be canceled before processing. If an order has been processed or shipped, a 15% restocking fee applies.
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible; we cannot modify orders once they have been confirmed.
Wholesale accounts require verification and may take up to 7 business days for approval.
Additional documents may be required for approval.
Customers must provide a valid Resale Certificate where applicable.
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Availability of products, styles, and colors is subject to change without prior notice.
Customers should check stock availability before placing bulk orders.
Pre-payment is required for all orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and bank wire transfers.
A 2.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Net terms may be granted to select customers upon credit approval.
Late payments are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month (18% annually).
Orders are shipped from our designated warehouse.
Shipping rates are determined based on order weight, size, and destination.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers.
Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Customers may arrange for pickup from our facility.
Orders must be picked up within 3 business days of notification.
Atlantex Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays, losses, or damages incurred by third-party carriers.
Any claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of shipment.
Product specifications, colors, and styles may change without notice.
All logos, designs, trademarks, and content on our website belong to Atlantex Apparel.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
Atlantex Apparel is not responsible for printing, embroidery, or customization issues performed by third parties.
Customers agree to indemnify Atlantex Apparel against any claims, damages, or liabilities related to misuse of our products.
Any disputes related to these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
